Our mission is to create comfortable, stylish, and sustainable clothing that speaks to the soul of the surf and paddle community.
Our Story
​Our range includes quality hoodies, cotton T-shirts, vest tops, and beanie hats, all designed to reflect a love for adventure, the ocean, and the laid-back lifestyle that comes with it. But what makes us truly different is the heartbeat behind the brand: our family.

We’re Rob and Niki, the financial minds and the driving force behind The BoardRoom. But the creativity? That’s down to the next generation. Our 10-year-old son Jacob dreams up the boldest, wildest designs. Our 15-year-old daughter Issy is the social media queen, steering our voice and vibe online. And our 17-year-old Luca, currently at college, helps shape the direction of the brand as it evolves. Together, we’ve built something that inspires, educates, and empowers not just us, but others like us.

We carefully select garments made from organic cotton and recycled materials, reducing water consumption, eliminating harmful chemicals, and supporting biodiversity, all while delivering comfort, quality, and durability.
